In this role she drove the company’s growth strategy with direct accountability to stakeholders for scaling revenue profitably. She has also advised global names including LVMH and Beam Suntory, as well as high-growth startups, on positioning, growth strategy, and market expansion.

Previously, Kate co-founded and served as CEO of VIVID Collective, a Denver-based marketing agency she rebuilt from the ground up, growing it to a 30-person team and leading client acquisition, brand strategy, and operations.
