The Vistas at Saddleback

The Vistas at Saddleback is a ~48.5-acre mixed-use community in Firestone, Colorado, positioned along the Denver–Boulder–Fort Collins growth corridor. The master-planned development includes 293 build-for-rent units, a 129-unit affordable multifamily component (with ~$21M in grants secured), a 5-acre commercial parcel, and an 8.5-acre shared community park. The project benefits from direct adjacency to Saddleback Golf Course, providing mountain views and integrated recreational amenities.

Salt & Acres

A 45-acre farm, vineyard, and hospitality property integrating event venues, vineyard operations, and food and beverage spaces as a multi-use community gathering site.

Sheridan Station

Sheridan Station is an 11,300 SF TOD site sold shovel-ready for 39 apartment units. Adjacent to the Sheridan Light Rail Station, it offers a 14-minute ride to Union Station and is one stop from the Sloans Lake redevelopment anchored by Alamo Drafthouse and Odell Brewing.

Colfax & Eaton

Arete assembled a three-parcel site at 5701 W. Colfax and 1535–1545 Eaton Street, totaling 52,402 SF (1.2 acres) with 133 feet of Colfax frontage and 394 feet on Eaton. Zoned MGU, the site supports multiple uses; Arete planned a 72-unit, four-story multifamily building fronting Colfax and 10 townhomes on the Eaton parcel.

Laundry on Lawrence

Originally built in 1886 and operated as a laundry through 2009, the property has been repositioned into a collaborative office community housing 30+ small businesses and local entrepreneurs.

Wazee Union

Creative office community designed for entrepreneurs and small businesses. Offers flexible workspace and common areas with views of downtown and the mountains.

1045 Lincoln Street

Three-story brownstone office building designed for small businesses, featuring hardwood floors, exposed brick, tall ceilings, secure key-fob entry, multiple patios, rooftop deck, and an on-site coffee shop. Leases include parking in the adjacent lot.

3525 Walnut Street

Converted warehouse in Denver’s RiNo Art District designed as studio space for painters, photographers, designers, and makers.

Reserve at Lakota

Luxury resort development of 12 lots and homes in Winter Park, designed for fractional ownership.

Belcara Berthoud

General contracting, construction management, and sales for luxury custom and semi-custom homes on estate lots.

Starwood Longmont

Arete provided GC, construction management, and sales for an enclave of luxury homes on estate lots in partnership with Harvey Bauer of All American Construction. The project featured single-family custom and semi-custom homes.
